O
xford Botanic Garden, a part of The University of Oxford, has an education remit. They are tasked with disseminating the importance of plants and armed with a fresh grant to spread the news to sixth form students across the UK, they approached us.
I came up with the idea of a series of provocative A1 size posters designed to grab blasé student's attention. The headlines and pictures grabbed attention and the text entertained, informed and made them realise how much we rely on plants.
I mailed them out - one a week for six weeks - and shortly after the botanic Garden were inundated with requests for more posters so they took the show on the road with our pop-up stand and leaflet.
