In 2016 they decidd that they needed a more up-to-date system for managing their properties; one that could cope not just with maintenance plans, but also demands from their tenants, with proper record keeping.
They had hear that FileMaker Pro might fit the bill as a cross-platform fully customisable database and Darby & Co were recommended as a developer who could help.
The database we built tackles this and much more, creating automatically genererated emails detailing job requirements to suppliers, records costs, payments, job completions, tenant notifications, reminders, stores job specfic images and property safety certificates and much more.
It also works remotely and on iPhones and iPads.
