As their IT department got busier with a number of other projects, they needed some help and turned to us.
Letting an outsider loose on such a large on-going and live task was daunting, not just for me, but the Foundation too.
With a very supportive head of Technology we were quickly up-to-speed and able to make a significant contribution to adding functionality and design consistency while reducing complexity.
