We use a FileMaker database ourselves. I started out needing a way to manage the businesses' job numbers and a staff member suggested FileMaker Pro as an intuitative and fully customisable database. I quickly realised its potential and created a database to manage Darby & Co. It handles costings, costs, expenses, automatic invoice sending, VAT returns, mass mailings and more.

When the National Trust - Waddesdon Manor saw how it worked, they asked to see if a FileMaker database could help with managing their PR function. With its sucess, they commissioned another to help run their Private Events. This led to the University of Oxford's Voltaire Foundation asking us to take their existing FileMaker database to the next level.
